About Us
About Casair Towers
Casair began in Mid-Michigan in 1987 as a telecommunications company providing wireless and fiber-based Internet and telephone services. As the network expanded, Casair leased tower space where it was available, built new tower sites where it was not, and acquired additional sites along the way.
Over time, the network grew to more than 115 cell sites and over 400 miles of fiber-optic cable.
In September 2020, Casair's Internet and telephone operations were merged into Point Broadband. The tower sites, FCC-licensed spectrum, buildings, and land were retained and continue to operate today as part of Casair's communications infrastructure portfolio.
We have more than 25 years of experience leasing tower space to others. Just as importantly, we have also been the tenant. Casair has leased space on hundreds of towers, including sites owned by the nation's largest tower companies. That experience gives us a practical understanding of what carriers and network operators need from a tower owner.
Our goal is simple: provide the responsive, straightforward leasing experience we always wanted when we were on the other side of the transaction.
